Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, while check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Please kindly inform us of your expected arrival time in advance, so we can prepare to welcome you.

At the time of booking, 100% of the total amount must be paid by bank transfer within 24 hours; otherwise, the room will not be considered confirmed. Once the transfer is received, the customer will receive a confirmation email. In case of cancellation, the full amount will be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the arrival date. Example: for a reservation with arrival on July 10, a full refund is guaranteed if the cancellation is made by 11:59 PM on July 2. After this deadline, no refund will be issued.

Yes, we offer a shuttle service to and from Faro Airport. The cost is €40 for up to 2 people. For each additional couple (up to 2 people), the cost is an additional €40.

Certainly, we can store your luggage, but only on the same day of check-in or check-out. This way you can make the most of your time, even outside arrival and departure times.
